What kind of tech repair do you offer?

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Nope. Diagnostics are 100% free — even if you decide not to move forward with the repair. We believe clarity should never come with a price tag.

What is your hourly rate?

As of 2025, our standard rate is $100/hour. Most jobs take under an hour unless you're building from scratch or dealing with something truly chaotic.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We operate by appointment only to stay focused and efficient. Book online or text us directly to schedule.

Where are you located?

We’re off Southwinds Dr. in Lorena, TX. Full address is released after booking. Our location is currently not wheelchair accessible.

Do you offer house calls or on-site service?

Yes. For local projects, we offer on-site support and house calls. For the right job, we’ll travel across the U.S. — or even internationally. Ask us.

Do you work with people on fixed incomes or Section 8?

Yes. We do this without grant money or incentives. If you’re in a tough spot and need something essential fixed, reach out — we’ll try to make it work.

Do you support schools or robotics teams?

Absolutely. If you’re a school, educator, or student group with a cool idea (or not enough funding), hit us up. We’re big on helping robotics teams and open to collaboration.

What’s your turnaround time?

Same-day or 24–48 hours for most jobs. Quick fixes may be done while you wait. We’ll always give you a real timeline up front.

What kinds of 3D printing do you offer?

We primarily run PLA+ and offer STL slicing, part fulfillment, and basic design tweaks. Upload your file for a quote here. We also do recycled PETG prints — functional but rough — if you provide bottles and cover the processing fee.

Can I bring my own parts or filament?

Yes — we’ll work with what you bring as long as it’s compatible. Tell us what you’ve got when booking.

Do you work on gaming PCs?

Definitely. We handle GPU swaps, thermal paste jobs, fan configs, BIOS cleanup, and full performance tuning. Bring us your heat-trapped horror show.

Do you support servers, mining rigs, or enterprise gear?

Yes. We’ve consulted on downstream workflows, built and rebuilt everything from budget mining rigs to DGX Hopper SXM5 stacks. We read the tech sheet — then we go fix the thing.

Do you offer custom builds or sell hardware?

We do both. Every build is hand-tuned with no bloatware or filler parts. Ask what we’ve got in stock or tell us what you’re trying to build — we’ll spec it clean.

Do your repairs or products come with a warranty?

Yes. All repairs come with a 30-day labor warranty. 3D printers include a 30-day parts warranty (excluding motherboard and hotend). Bulk and open-box sales are typically final. Details available on our Terms of Service page.

Is my data safe with you?

Yes. We don't mine, upload, or harvest your info. We operate on a zero-trust, minimal-access basis and don’t sell or share data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card, and major digital wallets. Our processor is Chase/JP Morgan. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

Can I get a quote online?

Yes. For STL prints, use our upload portal. For repairs, upgrades, or something custom — text us or email directly.
