For 3D printers, we provide a 30-day parts warranty that excludes consumables and wear-and-tear components such as motherboards, hotends, nozzles, and belts. Customers are encouraged to consult us before modifying hardware to understand warranty impacts.

Our physical workspace, located off Southwinds Dr in Lorena, Texas, operates under a Private Delaware Close S Corporation. The facility is strictly by appointment only. Exact address details are provided upon confirmed booking.
