Our website and affiliated platforms may offer access to AI chatbots and experimental projects hosted via open-source platforms such as GitHub or third-party inference systems. These systems may hallucinate, produce misleading or offensive outputs, or operate unpredictably. Bits N Bytes Inc. does not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy, behavior, or content generated by these tools.
We respect your privacy. Bits N Bytes Inc. does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. All standard retail sales include a minimum 30-day labor warranty. Within that timeframe, we strive to resolve product-related concerns in good faith but cannot guarantee accommodation in every instance.
Bulk sales are considered final. Most other sales are also final unless explicitly stated otherwise. 3D printers purchased from Bits N Bytes Inc. include a 30-day parts warranty, excluding wear-and-tear components such as hotends, nozzles, and control boards. Customers wishing to modify their printer hardware are advised to consult us beforehand to retain limited warranty eligibility.
Our physical workspace, located off Southwinds Dr in Lorena, Texas, operates under a Private Delaware Close S Corporation. The facility is strictly by appointment only. Exact address details are provided upon confirmed booking.
This location is not handicap-accessible, and we regret that accommodations for wheelchair access are currently unavailable. Entry without appointment is not permitted.
